A storm has uncovered something that was supposed to stay buried.
When fourteen-year-old Avery Knox finds a rusted metal plate marked TRMC — TREE ROUTE 5 along a damaged trail outside Ashford, she has no idea that it belongs to a motorcycle club that disappeared more than thirty years ago.
She isn’t the only one searching.
Teo discovers an old route card connected to the same mysterious emblem. Priya finds the symbol hidden beneath years of dirt and paint. Eli discovers an abandoned signal relay that should have stopped working decades ago.
